You’re going to need a few extra layers of clothing today as the wind chill warning continues across the district. Environment Canada says a low pressure system near the Lower Great Lakes continues to generate moderate northeasterly winds today. Temps have dropped to minus 20 or minus 30 thanks to a bitterly cold arctic air sweeping through Ontario. With the wind chill, it will feel more like minus 30 to minus 40 today and into tomorrow.
