Another grow up in surrounding areas has OPP busy. Following the drug bust in Orillia earlier, Kawartha Lakes OPP is handing down production and possession of marijuana charges to a couple in Kirkfield.
With a search warrant for the home, officers came across about 200 plants, along with firearms.
The couple is from Stouffville, and the 53-year-old woman is facing four charges and will be in court in October. The 60-year-old man is facing six charges in total and police kept him in custody until his bail hearing.
