A Lindsay man is being charged for not having his dog vaccinated. Our local health unit has been involved in the case for over a year. According to them, they asked the owner multiple times to get his dog immunized for rabies. When he ignored the requests, they took legal action. Now the dog owner has to pay fines close to two thousand dollars. The HKPR District Health Unit is reminding residents it is law to have your pets vaccinated.
