Our local MPP is reminding the Ontario government to support small businesses. Laurie Scott says 98 per cent of businesses in Ontario are small businesses. She says the Ontario Chamber of Commerce is continuing to raise alarm bells about rising electricity prices.
She says a survey done by the Chamber of Commerce is showing another problem facing our small businesses.
She’s calling on the Wynne Liberals to listen to small businesses.
The message comes on the heels of Small Business Week recognized across the province.
