Some Haliburton County paramedics are being recognized at the federal level. Mark Schell, Larry Blanchard and Carmen Coumbs have all received the Canadian Exemplary Service Award. EMS Director Craig Jones says it’s an honour to work with them.
Jones nominated all three of them, and was happy to see them receive the award.
