Some changes could be on the way for Club 35 in Algonquin Highlands. Council is looking at a pitch from a potential buyer, who is asking for the building to be rezoned from a Community Facility to a Highway Commercial property. If approved, an antique shop, a place for storage, and a restaurant would go into the land. The town is planning to speak with the Ministry of Transportation before making any final decisions.
