A 21-year-old man has a court date next month on a drunk driving charge.
The Haliburton Highlands O.P.P. was called about a pickup truck that struck several trees on Riverside Drive in the Village of Haliburton on New Year’s Eve.
When offers showed up, they determined the man had been drinking.
He was arrested and charged with impaired driving and will be in court on February 7th.
His driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days and the pickup truck was impounded for seven days.
