Minden Hills Mayor Brent Devolin says only Conservative Party offers a plan to address infrastructure deficit

Haliburton County politicians are still looking for answers from the province on fixing roads and bridges.

Minden Hills Mayor Brent Devolin was in Toronto for the Rural Ontario Municipal Association’s annual conference.

Politicians got time with all three party leaders to ask about how an approximately $5 billion infrastructure deficit in Ontario would be addressed.

Devolin says only the conservative party has a plan.

Devolin adds he feels the P.C. plan doesn’t go far enough.

Devolin says none of the party leader’s responses to the infrastructure gap surprised him.
