Provincial Park travellers are being challenged to spend more time in the woods.
Ontario Parks is running the 30 by 30 challenge this month, pushing everyone to get outside and spend at least 30 minutes in nature.
Park officials say spending time in nature has been proven to lead to better sleep, improved productivity and higher self-esteem.
Anyone rising to the challenge can head to some of the various provincial parks in the area including Kawartha Highlands and Algonquin Park.
You can also document your challenge on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram using #30by30.Â
