“Everyone Can Make A Zine!”

The Halls Island Artist Residency is pleased to offer a series of public events this summer! The first in this series, “Everyone Can Make A Zine!”, takes place Friday July 29th at the Haliburton County Public Library, Dysart Branch, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM. What is a zine? [pronounced Zeen] It is a brief, creative work made using collage, drawing and writing which is easy to self-publish – a mini-magazine with a twist! This workshop is offered free of charge and is suitable for adults and youth 13 years and up. Pre-registration is required. Email [email protected] to register.
