Environment Haliburton’s next virtual event will be Monday, Nov. 13 at 7 pm. Dr Franz Hartman will speak about the housing crisis and how it can be solved without destroying wetlands or farmland. Dr Hartman is the Coordinator of the Alliance for a Liveable Ontario and has been actively engaged in environmental issues for over 33 years, with a focus on public engagement and policy advocacy.
