The Canadian Federation of University Women, Haliburton Highlands

The Canadian Federation of University Women, Haliburton Highlands (CFUW-HH) is excited to announce the celebration of their 20th anniversary on Thursday, June 6th at Haliburton United Church 1:30-4:30. The afternoon tea celebration will include a photo presentation of past activities as well as remarks by founding members. There will also be a special presentation from Wendy Taylor, CFUW Ontario North Regional Director. She will be presenting CFUW HH our 20th anniversary certificate as well as the recruitment award in recognition of increasing our membership at a greater rate than any other chapter in the province. This award recognizes the variety of activities we have to offer as well as how welcoming our club is to area newcomers. We were also the runner-up for the Carolyn Day award for environmental advocacy.
Recognition of CFUW Haliburton Highlands chapter’s achievement would be appreciated.
