Residents in Highlands East have received answers about the Gooderham Post Office.
This comes after council provided 180 days written notice to Canada Post of intent to terminate the dealership agreement.
The post office is in the municipal building, and staff wants it to be moved.
Canada Post has found a suitable location.
The post office will be relocated to The Lucky Dollar at the beginning of January 2017.
