More charges are being laid in connection to a fatal fire at a youth facility in Kawartha Lakes. A youth was originally charged with second degree murder, and now charges of arson causing bodily harm have been added.
The youth facility was set on fire on Friday afternoon, killing an employee. Two other people were taken to hospital to be treated for injuries. The OPP isn’t releasing any information about the accused or the victims, and the investigation is continuing.
