Dysart et al is getting geared up to be frosty for an annual event.
Coming up in just over a week from now is the annual Frost Festival, an event that goes on in Head Lake Park every year.
Andrea Mueller, the Dysart et al Recreation Program Coordinator, the festival is going on Saturday and she says its ‘fun for the whole family’.
According to Mueller, the 2019 edition of the festival is going to feature ice fishing, outdoor skating, pony rides, horse-drawn sleigh rides, smores, sensory painting, children’s dog sledding, and the 2019 Polar Bear Challenge.
Other activities expected for the festival are an ice tower climb, a lasagna dinner, and outdoor broomball.
The event starts at 11:00am.
