A cultural resources committee is close to being a reality for Algonquin Highlands. Councillors recently took a look at terms of reference to decide what the committee will do and who would be on it. HCDC, the Haliburton County Public Library, a youth between 16 and 30 years old, and lake association representative were all on the list. The committee will be in charge of putting together a cultural plan for the township.
