The Hike Haliburton Festival is back for another year.
The four-day event, which will run Sept. 17 to 20, allows residents and visitors to explore the trails, lakes and forests of the Haliburton Highlands through a wide variety of guided hikes led by knowledgeable local hike leaders.
According to officials, along with hikes, participants can explore local farmers markets, arts and cultural sites, catch live entertainment and local venues and more.
Established in 2003, the Hike Haliburton Festival is Canada’s largest hiking festival.
