A number of children are on the waiting list in Haliburton County for a Big Brother or Big Sister.
The organization is searching for volunteers in the area.
Case Manager Alyssa Wilson says some kids sit on a waiting list for 10 years.
Wilson noted people who join don’t have to travel to the Lindsay office. She will travel to Haliburton County.
