The Target Initiative for Older Workers program now has a more flexible option.
Employment and Training Consultant Henriette Hoekstra says some people can’t make the workshops, so she is offering one-on-ones.
Hoekstra says the program is for people 55 and up who are unemployed or under employed.
She says it’s free, and helps people re-enter the work field.
