An arrest in Haliburton County has sparked up curiosity on the law for impaired care and control of a vehicle.
A local man will appear in Minden court on July 6th, after he was found impaired in the back of his car sleeping-it-off.
Constable Tim Negus says it could cause a concern for public’s safety if a person chooses to drive once they are awake.
Negus says if a person sleeps in their vehicle is could result in an arrest for impaired care and control.
