Rails End Gallery has joined the organizers of the Halibana Drum Festival.
Recreation Program Coordinator Andrea Mueller says many groups have come together to create this event including the organizers of the Toronto Caribbean Festival.
The gallery will be having weekly drum circles with professional drummers, and hands-on workshops.
These events will be happening during the month of August, leading up to the big event.
The festival will wrap-up on the Saturday of Labour Day Weekend at Head Lake Park.
