Not all of the beaches in Haliburton County have bacteria testing results that are available this week.
Four out of the 17 beaches the health unit tests are open and safe for swimming. HKPR says the rest of the results aren’t available this week.
Minden Rotary Main Beach has been posted because of high bacteria levels that make swimmers sick.
Make sure to check the results on the health unit’s website or look for the sign posted at any public beach before going swimming.
