Property sales in Haliburton County are not selling like they used too.
The Lakelands Association of Realtors has noted a drop in the number of properties sold between last July and this July.
Waterfront property sales have gone down 15 per cent from 82 home units to 69.
Non-waterfront properties went from 40 to 16, which is a 60 per cent decrease.

Something that has increased is the average price of waterfront properties.
The price has increased by 18 per cent to $350,000 , but non-waterfront property prices have decreased by 15 per cent to $170,000 .
