The Haliburton Highlands OPP is reminding you to arrange for a designated driver if you plan on drinking.
On Sunday, the police received a report about a possible drunk driver on North Shore Road.
After locating the car, police discovered the 53-year-old man from Algonquin Highlands had been drinking.
The driver has been charged, and his driver’s license has been suspended for 90 days.
He will appear in Minden court on October 5th.
