Conservation Officers will be on the lookout this deer hunting season making sure people are following the rules in Haliburton County.
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry says loaded firearms cannot be on a vehicle because it’s illegal.
They say hunters have to have at least 2,500 square centimeters of colour showing above their waist, and wear solid orange hats.
Conservation Officers can also fine hunters under the Liquor License Act.
