The United Way will be on-site at the Minden Dairy Queen to offer information and answer questions about its programs in the community.

This is happening on November 25th, from 12:00pm to 3:00pm.

Campaign Assistant Mike Giese says they were approached by businesses and organizations wondering about the services they offer in Haliburton County, and what they do in the area.

Giese says Big Brothers Big Sisters, Community Living, the John Howard Society and the Ontario Early Years Centre will be there.

He says more than 30,000 local people use programs funded by the United Way.
