It could be a movie day for Haliburton Highlands Secondary School students. Teachers are able to sign up to bring Canadian films into the classroom for National Canadian Film Day, on April 19th. This is being offered through the non-profit organization called Reel Canada, to help celebrate Canada’s 150th anniversary. There is a wide range of films available, with options to build lesson plans and bring in special guests relating to the movie.
