Dysart’s Park and Recreation Department is asking council for some more cash this year. During last week’s budget meeting, Program Coordinator Andrea Mueller asked council for about $870,000 for the arena which is up from last year’s $790,000. Mueller says one of the reasons for the increase is because hydro is up $15,000. She says another reason is because they need to buy a new Zamboni, which comes with a 100-thousand dollars price tag.
