Police say the height of snow banks are becoming a safety issue in Haliburton County.
The OPP is asking the public to be careful when backing out of driveways because the height of the snow banks is making it very hard to see other motor vehicles and snowmobiles that also use our roads at this time of year .
If snow banks can’t be reduced, backing into a driveway may be safer way to provide a means of exit when that time comes.
