News Matt Duchene Charity Golf Classic raises $57,000 for H.H.H.S. The Haliburton Highlands Health Services Foundation’s fundraiser brought in $57,000 according to Executive Director Lisa Tompkins. Tompkins wants to thank the community. //www.myhaliburtonnow.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/Tompkins-1.mp3 Over 144 people played golf at the Pinestone Resort. The money raised will go towards bone densitometry equipment for the Haliburton and Minden hospitals. Tompkins says the equipment will cost $175,000 and foundation is currently sitting at $160,000. The next fundraiser for the H.H.H.S. Foundation will be the Moose FM Radiothon in August.
