You can plant a tree in your name at Abbey Gardens

Abbey Gardens is celebrating Canada’s 150^th birthday by having a tree planting fundraiser.

The garden’s is looking to plant 150 trees on the grounds in its “Make Your Mark” campaign..

Anyone wanting to plant a tree can do so for $150 per tree.

The plan is to plant pine, fruit and deciduous trees.

All money raised from the tree fundraiser will go towards its programs such as children’s initiatives and educational programs.

Abbey Gardens will provide a charitable tax receipt.
