Minden resident and entrepreneur Michael Stinson confirms to the My Haliburton Now newsroom that he has assigned his trademark of the name “Haliburton” to the county.
Haliburton County Warden Brent Devolin says it reached an agreement with Stinson just after 1:00 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.
