A 33-year-old man will be in court on November 1st to answer for impaired driving charges.
The man pulled up to a Haliburton Highlands O.P.P. check stop around 10:30 p.m. on Saturday by Kendrick Creek Lane in Minden Hills.
Officers suspected he was drinking and the driver then failed a breathalyzer test.
He was charged with impaired driving, and driving over the legal limit.
His car was impounded for seven days and his licence was suspended for 90 days.
