A Canadian Blood Services donor clinic in Haliburton is starting to fill up.

Territory Manager Andra Stancu says next Monday’s clinic at the legion is ahead of the pace for the one in that was held in November.

The November clinic ended up bringing in 60 pints of blood.

Stancu says blood services is looking to increase its reserves because a victim of a car crash will need several pints to survive.

The clinic will be from 1:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
