A 56-year-old Mississauga man will be in court on March 7th on an impaired driving charge.
The Haliburton Highlands O.P.P. says it was notified of a pick-up truck in a ditch on Highway 118 by Queen’s Line in Algonquin Highlands.
After getting to the scene, officers chatted with the man and determined he had been drinking.
The incident happened around 6:00 on Sunday morning.
His truck was impounded for seven days and his driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days.
