The Haliburton County Development Corporation is looking for a new volunteer.
The HCDC is a not-for-profit that gives loans and funding to businesses and community organizations. The money comes from the federal government and FedDev Ontario.
The HCDC says it’s looking for someone who can sign up for at least three years, can attend monthly and quarterly meetings, who understands financial statements, and who’s interested in local, regional, and provincial community development. The person also has to live in Haliburton County.
