Miskwabi area lakes are hoping to see some action come out of a Watershed Plan. The report was presented to Dysart council on Monday and they endorsed the plan.
It outlines issues like water quality and people’s concerns about malfunctioning septic systems. The plan outlines a survey of 77 percent of all waterfront owners. It also addresses the problem of natural shorelines and protecting wetlands.
Council agreed to take the plan into consideration at the next review of the official plan.
