The Kawartha Lakes OPP have charged a 56-year-old Fenelon Falls man for drinking and driving.
OPP responded to a traffic complaint and when they stopped the car, it was found that the man was driving while impaired. The officers arrested and charged the man with driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in his bloodstream. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
The man is due in a Lindsay Courthouse September 20th.
