Haliburton County is working towards addressing internet issues in the area, one free Wi-Fi spot at a time.
It is no secret that the internet service in the area is spotty at times. Well, the various levels of government try to bring better internet to the area, Dysart et al is reminding that there are some free Wi-Fi spots in the county for residents and visitors to make use of.
In Haliburton, there are three different spots the public can go to, to try and stay connected. Free Wi-Fi can be accessed from Head Lake Park, the Haliburton Public Library, and the AJ LaRue Arena.
In Harcourt, you can get on the web in the Harcourt Community Centre. Anyone in West Guilford can make use of the Wi-Fi in the West Guilford Community Centre.
