The O.P.P. in Kawartha Lakes has laid another pair of charges in connection to drinking and driving.
The first set of charges stem from officers responding to a crash in Little Britain Wednesday evening. After an investigation, the O.P.P. charged a 27-year-old from Kirkfield with care or control with 80 mgs of alcohol. They are scheduled to be in court November 22nd.
Later in the week, officers responded to a traffic complaint of a driver behaving “erratically” near Fenelon Falls. The driver, a 31-year-old from Brampton, was later found and charged with refusing to provide a sample. They are due in court on the 15th of November.
