Minden Hills councilors are hoping to open the Riverwalk this winter. Brigitte Gall made the request after people in the community said they would like to see it open to keep active. Deputy-Reeve Cheryl Murdoch, who was there when the Riverwalk was built said it would be nice to have it open all year round. Township staff will look into cost, safety, and maintenance and bring the report back to council in October.
