Parker says too much poverty in Dysart is the reason for an economic development plan

Janis Parker says there’s too much poverty in Dysart, and that’s why she wants to tackle the economic development plan if she’s elected as Reeve.

Parker says the volunteers in Dysart spend so much time providing necessities that there’s no time to focus on quality of life. She says if there’s anything she can do, it’s to switch the focus so people don’t have to save lives, but can improve quality of life.
