Minden residents are getting another chance to share their thoughts on a possible sewage spreading site.
The township announced today the people looking to build a septage spreading site are hosting an open house to do with the potential usage of a Bobcaygeon Road address has a site to spread sewage.
Less than a month ago, the town held a public meeting for the taxpayers to share their thoughts as part of the process for making Official Plan and Zoning By-law changes. The goal of this meeting is similar in nature but different in the sense that the open house will be held at the site in question, 688 Bobcaygeon Road.
If anyone is looking to attend, the town explains that it is going on April 9th from 12:00pm to 2:00pm. According to the schedule provided, the first half hour is a meet and greet with coffee, the next half hour is going to be a presentation of sorts by Thomas Contracting. The last hour of the open house will be used for a Q&A period.
