A Minden Hills resident is facing numerous charges including speeding, on Highway 35 in Minden.
On May 13, Kawartha Lakes OPP pulled the 44 year old driver over for travelling at a high rate of speed.
Further investigation resulted in charges including, driving while under suspension, driving a vehicle while cannabis is readily available, and failure to surrender a motor vehicle permit and insurance card.
The accused is scheduled to appear in Lindsay court on August 13.
