The magic of giving has come to Haliburton County with SIRCH hitting their target in the Gifts from the Heart campaign. Wendy Isles is the Volunteer Match Coordinator and as of last night, she says they’re over their goal by 24 dollars, sitting at $30,024, and the donations are still coming in. She says one hundred per cent of what they’ve made is going toward programs like Need a Hand, Bereavement Support and Food initiatives.
