The Age Friendly Committee in Haliburton is hoping to put together an Age-Friendly Master Plan. They’ve been reaching out to different groups in the county and a lot of people are interested. The money would come from an Ontario grant for 25 thousand dollars. They’ll be asking county council to help them submit the application. Recently Minden Hills council showed their support to be involved in a steering committee which would look after putting the plan together.
