The province added 699 cases Tuesday with sixty-four per cent in the hot spots around the GTHA. Another nine people died with the death toll now at 8,766. The recovery rate is steady at 96 per cent with more recoveries than new cases reported over the last day. Over 120,000 vaccines were given with over 20,000 tests done. Test positivity is at 3.6 per cent.
