County finally makes decision on paramedic base property, agrees to sell to Minden Hills

Haliburton County is finally selling a piece of property to the Township of Minden Hills. It’s the property where the new Haliburton County Paramedic base is being built. A section of the property is being considered to build a new Minden Hills fire hall. In today’s meeting, Councilor Carol Moffatt said they’ve been dancing around this property for five years. Councilors were happy to have finally come to a resolution. Minden Hills Reeve Brent Devolin says it still needs to go back to his council to discuss the buy.
