The Haliburton Kawartha Pine Ridge Health Unit is warning the Nature’s Touch Frozen Food mangoes were sold in stores in the County as well as in Northumberland County and the City of Kawartha Lakes. The product is possibly contaminated with Hepatitis A. Anyone who has this product at home is asked to throw it out and not eat it. If you have eaten it within the past 14 days call your healthcare provider. As well child care facilities, day camps, overnight camps, and long-term care homes are being asked to check for the frozen mangoes.
