Haliburton Highlands Health Services continues to operate in an Information Technology Code Grey.
In a recently published report, CEO Carolyn Plummer says it’s due to an external cybersecurity attack that impacted the organization’s access to the shared integrated information with Ross Memorial Hospital.
Plummer writes while much progress has been made there are still some critical items that must be addressed before the Code Grey can be lifted.
She adds she appreciates the patience and understanding of the staff as well as the support from local, regional, and provincial partners.
